Carrying on from an earlier HLOG conversation about Alyssa Milano's fashion line for the NHL, I give you a couple of the designs.
I have to say, I don't hate them. The vest isn't really my style and the logos may be just a bit too inconspicuous for a fanatic like myself... but I guess that beggers can't be choosers. I actually really like the red top. It's something I might wear to work to look semi-professional and still represent my team. It doesn't smack you in the face with Super-Fan! but something about it works for me. Too bad the two designs are Maple Leafs & Red Wings or I might be sold...

I love love love that red top. Change it to green and put a little Stars logo in the corner and I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Oh. Wow. I love that red top and will definitely get a Canuck version of that.
I was planning to write an article about the improvement of hockey outfits in the Canucks team store (aka I can actually wear these stuff outside and still look fashionable)... and was also seriously considering writing to the Canucks Org about further improvements to the clothes line for ladies. LOL
but wow. I love that top.
I'm more partial to the vest... *crosses fingers that the sharks version would be black and not teal*
However, I do have the feeling (as with many branded items) that the "Large" would translate to "Large Anorexic".... Us chicks with ample chesticles usually get left out in the cold on this super cute girls-wear.
I would never buy either because I don't have the tiny little frame but I think both of these pieces are adorable and tons better than all the pink garbage the NHL is trying to foist on us now. I'd totally buy the vest if I thought it would flatter me at all.
I would like the logos to be a TOUCH bigger though.
McPhizzle, "chesticle" might be the single greatest word in the history of words.
I'm really torn about these clothes. On the one hand, they're a million times better than the current offering, on the other...they're almost too girly. I like the fact that they're cut for the female form and I acknowledge the fact that I would PROBABLY wear clothes like that even if they weren't team affiliated but I'm not too sure the overly excessive ruffles are umm...necessary.
I guess I should count myself lucky, as the Canucks team store (not the nhl.com version of the team store, but the actual store in GM Place) has been offering a lot of these "fashionable" items already.
Chesticles, hell. That red thing would make my badonkadonk look like two hogs wrasslin' in a blanket.
IF it even fit OVER my badonkadonk, which is questionable to begin with.
