MIGHTY DUCKS ONE. Because we love watching corny movies.This is just a working post in order to a) gather a definite date and b) create a list of who's joining and who's not.
When? 9pm EST 28th Saturday (alternatively 25th Wednesday if people have time)
What you need: a copy of the movie (very important unless you want us to re-enact the HLOG version of the movie), a computer with an internet connection and AIM software.
People rocking up: Uh, me? And whoever else (check the comments)
What will happen:Refreshments: Net popcorn, coffee, and for those who actually do have night on their end, BYO alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Send me a message on aim (gunstress@gmail.com) so I can arrange the event to start on the 9pm time. So talk to me BEFOREHAND.
- Pretty much a large AIM chat of "OMG you see that?", "OMG I SAW THAT!", and "Guys we're watching Godzilla right?"
- No spoiling. I know some of you can quote the movie off by heart but some people (not me) don't want to be told the ending. Anyone caught doing so will be told the ending of Harry Potter.
- If your DVD fucks up, it's your responsibility to catch up. If nature calls, deal with it. Either way, I'm not doing anything to help you, capische?

I'm there either night because unlike Elly, I never have a life. :) Plus, I might just ditch my so-called life (not to be confused with the TV show, which I loved) to hang out with you ladies because the last date was so damn fun!!

My DVD is on its way!!!! Saturday would be best for me too. I'm not sure if the bf has even seen the movie so I might be able to convince him to watch it with me.
I doubt I'll have the movie by Wednesday and even if I do, I think the traffic gods will prevent me from making it home in time.
Well Saturday seems to be the best option, sorry Elly. Maybe you can move the barbeque to YOU?
