Well, the Hockey News revealed the results of a league-wide player survey. In brackets are my comments and wild predictions at who said what.

I will admit that for guys coming in, spending a few hours, and then leaving, Buffalo is a terrible, terrible city, especially the struggling downtown area which is where the arena and hotels are. But once you're settled and finding the right spots, it's wonderful. Ask le petit Briere and Jaro Spacek what they thought of Buffalo before arriving and what they think of Buffalo now.

I love the two guys that said the very worst thing about their job was backchecking. "I'd love my job if it weren't for all the damn DEFENSE!"

Yeah, that was great. I mean, I understand why offensive players might not enjoy back checking...but the absolute worst part of their job? Really? That's pretty funny.
