1. Yes. I'm a morning and a late night person. I am not a mid-afternoon person. I require a nap.
2.If I had a servant, he or she would do my laundry, it's the one household chore that I am completely inept at doing.
3. The Oscars
4.Carrot
5. No... If I didn't remember it, there'd be no point.
Are you a morning person?
Absolutely not. If I could adjust the world to my time I would stay up until 3 or 4 a.m. and sleep until around noon.
If you could have a servant come to your house every day for one hour, what would you have them do?
Grocery shop/put the groceries away. I don't know if servants do that or not but that's the one thing I HATE.
What annually televised show is an absolute "must see" for you (keep it non-hockey related!)?
The Oscars. Love 'em. I'll watch movies just because they're nominated and I make predictions ever year.
If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true, I would be a _______.
A potato. Mashed, baked, fried, whatever. (Come to think of it, I am kinda potato shaped...)
If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience, would you do so?
Nope. I'd rather have a pretty good life and remember the good that does happen.
1. Are you a morning person?
Hells no. I'm a night owl. You don't want to speak to me, see me or exist near me until I've had my caffeine in the morning.
If you could have a servant come to your house every day for one hour, what would you have them do?
Clean up my mess duh. I'm a total slob.
What annually televised show is an absolute "must see" for you (keep it non-hockey related!)?
The Grey Cup. A Football Championship that is ACTUALLY about the game, not the freaking commercials.
If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true, I would be a _______.
Fast, cheap and easy.
If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience, would you do so?
Probably. Because sometimes, some things are worth having, even if you don't know you have them.
1. No way. For some reason I can sleep from 3 am to noon and feel perfectly rested, but midnight to 9 am and I'm exhuasted.
2. Clean my kitchen. Mostly the dishes, because I hate doing that chore more than anything in the entire world.
3. Figure skating national championships.
4. At the moment, I have made three meals in a row out of brownies, so I think that's a safe bet. And I don't even like brownies that much.
5. No...if I don't remember it, it's just a wasted year.
1. I NEED SLEEP. I LIKE SLEEP. MORNING IS NOT MY BEAT.
2. Clean up, cook whatever I want and take in Sammy from the doghouse.
3. The Melbourne International Comedy Festival. It is awesome.
4. Well my dad got us KFC last night so I'm genetically modified chicken? That or eggplant!
5. That's one wasted year! No!
heather b: Care to share some potato with me?
1. Ummmm...let me put it this way. When I was in high school, my dad used to have to take a cup of water into my room and splash water on my face to get me up. I kid you not.
2. I would say clean my entire apartment, but I don't want to be lazy, so probably laundry. It's what makes my room so messy anyways...
3. The Golden Globes - I love seeing the stars get all liquored up...plus the speeches are much funnier than any other award show.
4. A noodle.
5. No - memories are worth the moments of sadness and hardship that fill your life.
Wow...that was very "Hallmark card".
Are you a morning person?
depends... I don't do well unless I have coffee.
If you could have a servant come to your house every day for one hour, what would you have them do?
Clean. EVERYTHING.
What annually televised show is an absolute "must see" for you (keep it non-hockey related!)?
annually? i dunno. miss america?
If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true, I would be a _______.
chicken ahahhahaha
If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience, would you do so?
if the alternative was spending a year in misery, then yes.
1. No! I have to be up for a couple of hours before I am in a good mood. And I hate it when people are cheerful to me before then.
2. I would have them clean the bathroom. I hate to clean it because the nature of it is gross. You see my dilemma.
3. Don't have one of these.
4. I would be a pineapple. I ate so much pineapple a couple of days ago, I burned my mouth.
5. No, there would be no point.
I am a morning person. And a late night person. And a EVERY day person!
They would cook for me I Can not cook.
Probably the Oscars. Anything with prettttty clothing. Boxing Day Test (cricket). Figure Skating World Championships.
Very fruity.
No. It'd just be... it'd be a wasted year.
1. Yes, but only if I go to bed at a reasonable time. Midnight to 8 am sounds nice to me. 10 to 7 might be okay, if it's the summer. Dead of winter, all bets are off.
2. Hmm...I'm anal about my house and what's done to it, but maybe my laundry? Oh, and take my dog for a walk when it's cold outside.
3. I'm not sure...I really don't watch too much tv that isn't hockey. I like CSI and Scrubs? (even though those aren't annual!)
4. Does coffee count? Waffles and cucumbers are right up there, too.
5. It depends on if the people around me in that year found happiness too. Also, I think that if there was such happiness in a year, that it would spill out into the next, and the next...if that's the case, then yes.
1. I'm no where near being a morning person. I seriously set my alarm clock 1/2 an hour early so I have time to actually "wake up."
2. They would get dinner ready, and clean up afterword. I love having a nice dinner, but I hate spending more time preparing it than enjoying it.
3. Probably the Grammy's. I'm more of a music than movie person.
4. Gatorade or Powerade. I'm very athletic, and I get very hyper. I'm always excitable, that's why I get so darn nervous during games.
5. No, probably not. I wouldn't have learned anything, and then it would be totally wasted.
1. No. My natual clock has me going to bed at 3 and waking up at
2. Laundry. I hate laundry.
3. The Amazing Race.
4. If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true, I would be chocolate.
5. ... sex, drugs & rock 'n roll.
1. Are you a morning person?
god no.
2. If you could have a servant come to your house every day for one hour, what would you have them do?
the dishes. and vacuum. because i hate doing both.
3. What annually televised show is an absolute "must see" for you (keep it non-hockey related!)?
prisonbreak. and rescue me. and csi: vegas.
4. If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true, I would be a _______.
cereal. or a sandwich. god, i love sandwiches.
5. If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience, would you do so?
probably, because i'll try anything once.
also, i am dumb: i did not see the "annually" part of the tv question. i do not watch anything annually, like award shows. or even big events, like the superbowl. i pretty much only have the tv on for background noise. i never notice what's on.
1. Are you a morning person?
no no no no no no...NO! not even a little bit. My internal clock says bedtime is 1 am at the earliest and being up before 9 am is rare...maybe once a month for work.
2. If you could have a servant come to your house every day for one hour, what would you have them do?
Laundry...it seems to pile up so quickly!
3. What annually televised show is an absolute "must see" for you (keep it non-hockey related!)?
The only thing I can think of is the Westminster Kennel Club dog show...I don’t seek it out but if it is on I will watch it. Most major televised events occur while I am at work, so unless I can catch it in reruns/on demand I don’t get to see it.
4. If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true, I would be a _______.
Nacho.
5. If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience, would you do so?
Nah. That sounds like when you have a great dream and wake up and it wasn’t true and I hate that feeling. I mean, I get that I wouldn’t know the difference, but I think subconsciously I’d always know I was missing something.
1.Are you a morning person?
Haha, no. I am such a late night person, and I've purposely scheduled my classes this semester to start no earlier than 12 noon.
2. If you could have a servant come to your house every day for one hour, what would you have them do?
I love most household chores (I'm such a freak), but I would love for someone to vacuum/mop the floors.
3. What annually televised show is an absolute "must see" for you (keep it non-hockey related!)?
Do other sporting events count? If so, the Daytona 500 (although we are normally in the stands) and the Superbowl.
I don't really watch any of the awards shows but I do try to see the Miss America & Miss Universe pagents, just because I love the dresses.
4. If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true, I would be a _______.
cheese enchilada, with no sauce and a cup of coffee
5. If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience, would you do so?
Yes, because it is still worth the experience.
Are you a morning person?
Uggg no. My roommates do nice impressions of me making eggs in the morning trying to wake up.
If you could have a servant come to your house every day for one hour, what would you have them do?
Take out the garbage cause I can't stand taking out the garbage. And then they can do homework for me.
What annually televised show is an absolute "must see"?
The superbowl. I need to watch it so I can fully appreciate any Lewis Black skits regarding it.
If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true I would be a ____.
piece of cheese preferably munster.
If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience, would you do so?
No way. I like to learn from my memories.
Are you a morning person? Well, I used to be but now I like staying up until the wee hours of the morning. Does that count if it's the wrong side of morning?
If you could have a servant come to your house every day for one hour, what would you have them do?
I would get them to sweep. A cat, a dog, me with long hair... I think dust bunnies make sweetness under the couch every night.
What annually televised show is an absolute "must see" for you (keep it non-hockey related!)? The Scripps National Spelling Bee.
If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true, I would be a _______.
An edamame bean.
If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience, would you do so?
No. I think a bit of sadness makes the happy bits seem so much better.
(BTW, kristin, I believe the Dog Show is on Monday!)
Are you a morning person?
Nope. I was before I got into high school and that quickly changed. I'm the type of person who needs 7 hours of sleep to function and if I have to get up early, I have to go to sleep early and I don't like that. I like staying up late.
If you could have a servant come to your house every day for one hour, what would you have them do?
Do anything in that hour that I would be unable to do w/ my knee (ie. scrub the tub, wash floors, etc.)
What annually televised show is an absolute "must see" for you (keep it non-hockey related!)?
Well, the Tour de France is annual, but the actual race goes on for three weeks so I guess I should technically stay the last time trial before the end of the race. I know cycling is totally the opposite of hockey, but I love the TdF all the same.
If the statement, 'You are what you eat' was true, I would be a _______.
Ok, my dorm food sucks so I end up eating a lot of raisin bagel sandwiches w/ ham and cheese.
If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience, would you do so?
Nope. What would be the point if you couldn't remember it?
1. Not a chance in hell. I can stay up late, but please don't bug me in the am. Just ask Finny.
2. Clean the kitchen & bathroom. I hate doing those.
3. Nothing.
4. Chicken
5. Nope, there would be no point.
