Are You Talkin' to Me?

There is nothing more annoying to me than to watch a guy get bullied into a fight. I have no problem with fighting in hockey, but not if it's an unfair fight. The problem with the instigator rule is that there are two sides to this penalty. For the guy with no reason other than he doesn't like another player starting a fight, I say hit him with as many penalties as possible. But for the guy that starts a fight in retaliation for a nasty hit on one of his teammates, then there shouldn't be an instigator penalty in there. But most players that put a nasty hit on an opposing player (whether it was legal or not) don't really need to be coerced into fighting. They're already expecting it.
