Short mention of a creative challenge. Mainly because I reckon this should be done as soon as possible, AQG gave the most fantastic suggestion:

If your team were a person, what would he/she be like?

Now it's creative because not only will you describe and breakdown its characteristics, you can add extra. Now if you think you're the epitome of the team, by all means show yourself off. Or if you're a little camera shy, do a little stick figure/sketch of what they'd be like. Think of it as a diagram/example. Celebrity parallels are accepted too.
